Job Title: Site Supervisor – Road Marking

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor (Road Marking) to oversee day-to-day road striping and marking operations on-site. You will manage ground teams, coordinate material usage, and ensure highway safety, quality standards, and timelines are strictly met.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site road marking operations, including thermoplastic paint application, cold paint, and retro-reflective glass bead spraying.
- Oversee pre-marking, layout markings, lane lines, zebra crossings, and directional signage according to technical project drawings and road safety guidelines (IRC/MORTH standards).
- Operate, inspect, and supervise road marking machines, screed boxes, pre-heaters, and auxiliary machinery.
- Monitor daily material consumption, maintain reconciliation records (paint, primer, glass beads), and minimize wastage.
- Direct daily workforce activities, assign tasks to labor/applicators, and ensure proper safety measures (cones, signages, PPE) are implemented during live traffic.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR)



and coordinate directly with site billing and project managers for client sign-offs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in road marking / highway safety marking projects.
- Solid practical understanding of thermoplastic road marking applicators, surface preparation, and layout tools.
- Ability to handle on-site labor and communicate clearly under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in daytime shifts depending on site traffic clearance windows
- Any Graduation.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Rs. 15000-20000 per month (commensurate with experience)
