We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects, manage on-site execution, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure that all work is completed according to approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, excellent site management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities, including carpentry, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and other finishing works.
- Ensure all interior works are executed according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret interior layout drawings, working drawings, and technical specifications.
- Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and finishing at every stage of execution.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion within the agreed deadlines.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, technical challenges, and execution-related problems.
- Monitor material requirements, stock availability, deliveries, and proper utilization of materials at the site.
- Ensure proper measurements, dimensions, levels, and alignments are maintained during execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress, delays, and requirements to management.
- Maintain site discipline, safety standards,



and cleanliness throughout the project.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide updates on work progress whenever required.
- Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material requirement reports.
- Ensure all completed works meet company quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in an interior design, interior fit-out, or construction company.
- Strong practical knowledge of residential and/or commercial interior execution.
- Positive understanding of carpentry, modular furniture, false ceilings, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and execution plans.
- Excellent coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of site measurements, material estimation, and work scheduling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible professional with hands-on site execution experience.
- Ability to independently manage interior project sites and coordinate with different teams.
- Strong commitment to quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
