Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, supervise installation and construction work, coordinate with contractors and labourers, and ensure that work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site progress, managing materials, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and site installation activities.
- Monitor the work of contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and labourers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor the use, availability, and consumption of building materials at the site.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Track daily site progress and prepare daily progress reports.
- Identify site issues, delays, and material shortages and report them to the concerned team.
- Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment.
- Ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain records of labour attendance, material usage, site activities, and work progress.





Educational Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- ITI or relevant technical qualification may be considered depending on the nature of the work.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and site execution.

Required Skills
- Positive site supervision and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and installation methods.
- Ability to manage labourers and contractors.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings and construction plans is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
- Ability to prepare daily progress reports.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in construction, building materials, civil contracting, interior fit-outs, tiles and stone installation, waterproofing, plumbing, false ceilings, or other relevant site execution activities will be preferred.
