- Dynatrace / AppDynamics or similar tools • Owns the monitoring and enterprise integration layer of the SOW
- Connects agreed monitoring/observability platforms to PagerDuty
- Analyzes existing event sources and ingestion patterns
- Maps monitoring events to appropriate PagerDuty services and priorities
- Implements event normalization, enrichment and routing requirements
- Supports correlation, deduplication and noise-reduction configuration
- Implements/supports ServiceNow ↔ PagerDuty integration
- Supports CMDB/service mapping where required for routing and context
- Performs end-to-end integration validation from monitoring → PagerDuty → ServiceNow
- Troubleshoots connectivity, API, webhook and event-flow issues
- Documents integration architecture, mappings and operational procedures
