Responsibilities

- Lead structural PMC, site supervision and QA/QC.

- Oversee RCC, basement and structural steel works.

- Independently check levels, coordinates, alignment and setting-out using survey instruments.

- Read and interpret architectural and structural GFC drawings.

- Proactively identify drawing discrepancies, raise RFIs and resolve ambiguities to avoid site delays.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams.

- Monitor construction quality and report progress.

- Requirements:
- B.Tech Civil with 15+ years' experience.

- Expertise in high-rise construction and structural PMC.

- Hands-on experience with Auto Level, Total Station and site surveying
