Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Procurement Engineer – Civil to manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil construction materials and services at our Data Center project in Shadnagar, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Civil Procurement, Site Procurement, Vendor Management, RFQ/RFP, BOQ Analysis, Commercial Negotiation, PO/WO Management and Material Expediting, preferably from Data Center, EPC, Industrial or large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end site procurement of civil construction materials and services.
- Float RFQs/RFPs, obtain quotations and conduct technical/commercial evaluations.
- Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and support vendor finalization.
- Identify, develop and evaluate vendors for civil materials and services.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and manage PRs, POs, Work Orders and amendments.
- Review BOQs, material requisitions and procurement schedules received from project/site teams.
- Coordinate with Civil Execution, Planning, QA/QC and Stores teams for material requirements.
- Monitor material deliveries and expedite critical materials to ensure uninterrupted site execution.
- Resolve vendor, logistics and delivery-related issues.
- Monitor material consumption, inventory and future project requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, alternate sources and value-engineering options.
- Maintain procurement records,



MIS and ensure GST and contractual compliance.
- Track supplier performance, delivery commitments and commercial obligations.

Key Civil Materials Experience in procurement of materials such as:

Cement, TMT Steel, Structural Steel, RMC, AAC Blocks/Bricks, Aggregates, Sand, Waterproofing Materials, Concrete Admixtures, Tiles & Stones, Aluminium, Doors & Windows, Hardware, Gypsum, Paints, Scaffolding, Formwork and Civil Finishing Materials.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered
- 8–15 years of relevant procurement experience
- Strong experience in Civil / Construction Material Procurement
- Candidates from Data Center, Mission Critical, EPC, Industrial Construction, Commercial, High-Rise, Manufacturing, Pharma, Semiconductor, Warehouse or Infrastructure projects preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work at Shadnagar, Hyderabad project site.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with maximum 30 days notice preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with strong hands-on experience in project/site-based civil procurement, vendor finalization, commercial negotiations, BOQ-based procurement and material delivery coordination will be preferred.
