Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage site operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
- Oversee maintenance of transformers, DG sets, UPS, HVAC systems, ETP/STP plants, AHUs, and other utility equipment.
- Conduct energy audits and KPI analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle team effectively to achieve energy conservation goals through productive operation and maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in facility management services or related field.
- B.Tech (Computers) degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of handling teams and implementing energy conservation initiatives.
