Role & responsibilities

1. Site Operations Management

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of site facilities

- Manage site offices, worker accommodations, storage areas, and utilities
- Coordinate housekeeping and cleanliness across the site

1. Maintenance &
- Utilities

Oversee maintenance of electrical systems, generators, water supply, plumbing, and HVAC (if applicable)

- Ensure uninterrupted power and water availability
- Coordinate repairs of site equipment and infrastructure

1. Safety &
- Compliance

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

- Conduct regular inspections for fire safety, emergency exits, and hazard control
- Coordinate with safety officers for worker welfare and emergency preparedness

1. Vendor &
- Contractor Management

Supervise housekeeping staff, security teams, transport vendors, and maintenance contractors

- Negotiate service contracts and monitor vendor performance
- Ensure timely delivery of site-related services

1. Asset &
- Inventory Management

Maintain records of site assets such as furniture, machinery support items, tools, and consumables





- Track material usage related to facilities operations
- Prevent theft/loss of site resources

1. Security Management

Oversee site security arrangements

- Monitor entry/exit of manpower, visitors, and vehicles
- Ensure CCTV/security systems are functioning properly

1. Worker Welfare

Manage canteen facilities, drinking water, sanitation, and medical support arrangements

- Ensure labor accommodation facilities meet standards
- Address worker grievances related to site facilities

1. Budgeting &
- Cost Control

Prepare budgets for facility-related expenses

- Control operational costs such as electricity, water, fuel, and maintenance expenses
- Approve invoices related to facility services

1. Documentation &
- Reporting

- Maintain records of maintenance logs, vendor contracts, compliance reports, and inspections

- Submit regular reports to project managers or senior management

1. Coordination with Project Team
