Job Summary Sobha is looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor construction quality, progress, and material usage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and procedures.




- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
- Travel to project sites across Bangalore as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction or site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites across Bangalore.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
