Site Engineer Civil

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings and project requirements.

- Supervise RCC, PCC, foundation, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

- Ensure proper setting out, line, level, alignment, quality, and workmanship.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, manpower, and internal teams for timely execution.

- Monitor project progress, materials, manpower, and equipment to achieve daily targets.

- Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, Planning, Stores, Purchase, and QS teams for smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and coordinate inspections and rectification.

- Verify measurements, subcontractor quantities, and support billing activities.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, and project documentation.

- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
