Position: Site Engineer – Deep Foundation Testing

Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers

Qualification: M.Tech / M.E. in Civil Engineering

CTC: Up to ₹4–4.5 LPA

PLAXIS 2D/3D | Geotechnical Analysis | Project Work | Field Work | Engineering Analysis | Technical Reporting

Candidates who have hands-on/project exposure to PLAXIS, along with understanding of foundation engineering, field activities, data analysis and report preparation, will be preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Deep Foundation Testing with a solid academic foundation in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and an interest in site-based engineering and deep foundation testing projects.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.

Key Requirements

Basic understanding of deep foundation testing, pile foundations and foundation engineering.

Ability to support and coordinate onshore deep foundation testing activities.

Willingness to travel across India and work at offshore locations as required.

Good analytical, technical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to understand civil, structural and geotechnical drawings and soil investigation reports.

Strong willingness to learn advanced foundation testing techniques and engineering software.

Deep Foundation Testing – Basic Knowledge

Candidates should have basic awareness of:





HSDLT / PDA

Cross Hole Sonic Logging (CSL)

Pile Integrity Test (PIT)

Bidirectional / O-Cell Load Test

Static Load Test – Compression, Uplift & Lateral

Thermal Integrity Profiling (TIP)

Software & Engineering Skills

PLAXIS 2D/3D – Geotechnical modelling and soil–structure interaction

MS Excel / MS Office – Calculations, data analysis & reporting

AutoCAD – Drawings and test setup layouts

STAAD.Pro / FEA software – Basic structural analysis

Engineering Analysis – Pile capacity, settlement, load transfer and load-displacement analysis

Roles & Responsibilities

Support execution of deep foundation testing activities.

Assist with mobilization, installation and operation of testing equipment.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and site activities.

Collect, verify and process field test data.

Assist senior engineers with engineering analysis and calculations.

Prepare DPRs, test reports, calculations, method statements and technical documentation.

Maintain equipment, calibration and testing records.

Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.

Follow HSE, ISO, NABL and quality requirements.

Travel to project locations across India, including offshore sites when required.
