1. Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings.
2. Drawing Reading: Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
3. Quantity Calculation: Calculate quantities for concrete, shuttering, plastering, tiling, skirting, POP, and other works.
4. Quality Control: Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per approved specifications.
5. Material Management: Calculate material requirements and coordinate with the purchase and store departments.
6. Work Scheduling: Plan daily activities and monitor work progress to complete the project on time.
7. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for manpower, materials, and work completion.
8. Inspection and Checklists: Raise inspection requests, complete checklists, and coordinate with the QA/QC team.
9. Measurement and Billing: Verify work measurements, maintain measurement sheets, and assist in contractor billing.
10. Daily Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and report pending work and site issues to senior engineers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
