We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Site Engineer (Civil) to join our project team and take responsibility for day-to-day site execution, quality, coordination and progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedules.
- Coordinate RCC activities including reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting and related structural works.
- Check line, level, dimensions and alignment of executed work.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and communicate requirements to site teams.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor manpower, material availability and equipment requirements at site.
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure work is executed according to required quality standards.
- Identify site issues, discrepancies and execution challenges and coordinate with the Project Manager/Senior Engineer for resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements and other required documentation.
- Assist in quantity measurements,



material reconciliation and preparation of work-related reports.
- Monitor wastage of construction materials and ensure efficient utilization.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and site safety requirements.
- Support the project team in achieving planned milestones and maintaining productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech).
- 2–6 years of relevant site execution experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Robust practical knowledge of RCC construction and structural works.
- Ability to read and understand structural, architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering/formwork and concreting activities.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards and site procedures.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites and handle site-based responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic construction documentation.
