About the Role

Decofice Technologies is looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong knowledge of both civil construction and interior execution for our project in Kottayam, Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, interior finishing, contractor coordination, and material management.

Interior execution experience is mandatory. The candidate must be willing to relocate to other project locations across India after completion of the Kottayam project.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day civil and interior site activities.
- Supervise interior works, including carpentry, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and finishing.
- Read and understand architectural, civil, and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure quality work and timely project completion.
- Handle material requirements, procurement, and site measurements.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, and other site-related works.
- Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular updates.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil and interior site execution.
- Hands-on experience in interior projects is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.




- Ability to independently manage site activities and contractors.
- Experience in residential or turnkey interior projects preferred.
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Must be from Kerala, preferably Kottayam or nearby areas.
- Must be willing to relocate anywhere in India for future projects.

- This is a project-based position, not a permanent role.
- Initial project location will be Kottayam, Kerala.
- Candidates should be open to working on future projects across India.
- Outstation travel expenses will be covered as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
