- On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, delegate tasks to crew members, and monitor overall progress against the project schedule.
- Technical Blueprint Interpretation: Analyse, interpret, and implement engineering drawings, blueprints, survey reports, and technical documentation.
- Setting Out & Surveying: Establish structural levels, site layouts, and accurate measurements using surveying equipment to guide construction placement.
- Quality Control & Assurance: Conduct regular structural inspections and material tests to ensure work complies with approved designs and industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols (such as wearing proper PPE) and identify site hazards to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
