Job Summary

Covo Architecture Studio is looking for a Site Supervisor with 2+ years of experience in an architectural firm or construction-related workplace to supervise and coordinate site activities for residential and commercial projects.

The candidate should have good knowledge of construction practices, the ability to understand architectural and structural drawings, and experience coordinating contractors, workers, and materials at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure proper execution as per architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site workers.
- Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and project progress.
- Ensure site work follows approved drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
- Check measurements and ensure proper use of construction materials.
- Identify and report site issues, discrepancies, and delays.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and records.
- Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness,



and work practices.
- Coordinate with the architectural studio regarding project updates and site requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an architectural firm, construction company, or similar environment.
- Experience handling residential building projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and site execution.
- Good communication and contractor coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise workers and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Diploma/Degree/ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates who have previously worked with an architecture/interior design firm will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate We are particularly looking for candidates who have hands-on site supervision experience while working with an architectural firm, and who can effectively coordinate between the design team and construction site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
