Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution of architectural and interior projects.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and measurements.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, and timelines.
- Read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities executed.
- Resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and project documentation.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural/interior/construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Positive understanding of architectural and interior execution.
- Ability to read technical and architectural drawings.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
- AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
