- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.

- Monitor quality, progress, manpower, and material consumption.

- Check RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, excavation, and other civil works.

- Ensure proper implementation of safety standards and site procedures.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

- Ensure work is completed within the required quality, cost, and timeline.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution

- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings

- Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement,



masonry, and finishing works

- Quantity estimation and measurement skills

- Contractor and manpower management

- Positive communication and coordination skills

- Knowledge of quality control and safety practices

- Problem-solving and site management skills

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
