- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

- Monitor civil works as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, labourers and material suppliers.

- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of work.

- Monitor material usage and avoid unnecessary wastage.

- Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.

- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Architect and Site Supervisors.

- Ensure work is completed safely and within the planned schedule.

- Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager.

- Assist with quantity calculations, material requirements and site measurements.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 0–2 years of experience in residential construction preferred.

- Good knowledge of basic civil construction practices.

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work at construction sites.

- Freshers with positive technical knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
