Role- Civil Engineer, Wind O&M; In the role of O&M; Civil Engineer under Wind O&M;, will be responsible for Civil activities within the ReNew fleet by managing resources, maintaining compliance with SOPs and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities :-

1. Civil Survey participation, report preparation, BOQ preparation along with site team-
2. Co-ordination with site team & cross function for timely BOQ approvals & PR creation & further site executions
3. Equipment Hiring for Civil related activities
4. Driving Kickoff meetings for all Civil related activities
5. Comprehensive civil work supervision from Survey till work completion.
6. TAT reduction in overall civil work- 7 days, except FM & ROW
7. Pathway repair repetition work analysis & workout to reduce the same
8. Alternate vendors development at each site consolidated list-
9. Physical Inspection/Visits of Civil works at site
10. MIS & data tracking for all civil events across sites.

Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience – 2 to 5 Years
