Role & responsibilities -

ASC Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Site Accountants to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at its project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily cash books, ledgers and site accounts.
- Record purchase bills, vendor invoices and payment transactions.
- Handle petty cash, cash vouchers and expense statements.
- Verify bills submitted by contractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain labor wage records, attendance and payment details.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Finance and Accounts Department.
- Prepare monthly expense reports and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Commerce (B Com preferred).
- 3 to 6 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and basic GST/TDS documentation.
- Ability to manage site accounts independently.
