We are looking for an energetic, technically strong and adaptable Site & Billing Engineer with proven contractor-side experience in building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client RA bills, subcontractor bills, BBS, quantity take-offs and BOQ reconciliation.
- Supervise daily civil construction activities, ensuring quality, productivity and timely execution.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors and site resources.
- Prepare rate analysis, deviation statements and extra-item claims.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, procurement and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with PMC/client representatives for site execution, measurements and billing certification.
- Take ownership of additional project-related responsibilities whenever required.
Mandatory Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech Civil: Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Diploma Civil: Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Contractor-side experience in both site execution and billing is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of RCC works, drawings, BBS, Excel, AutoCAD and construction practices.
- Must be capable of independently handling site execution and billing responsibilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,150.52 per month
