We are seeking a Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring that our construction projects are completed safely, on time, and according to technical specifications. With at least 2 years of field experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, you will play a critical role in site supervision, quality control, and technical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work aligns with structural drawings and project timelines.
- Technical Design: Utilize AutoCAD to modify, review, and interpret site plans, shop drawings, and blueprints.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Surveying & Setting Out: Perform site layouts, leveling, and surveying to establish reference points for construction.
- Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, material logs, and documentation for project managers and stakeholders.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Safety Compliance:



Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active site engineering experience in Residential construction.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals, concrete technology, and structural requirements.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams under pressure.
