We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our showroom team as Showroom Sales Consultants.

Job Summary

As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Saraswathy Enterprises, welcoming customers, understanding their requirements and helping them choose the right products for their homes and projects.

We are looking for people who enjoy interacting with others, are eager to learn about products and can provide a warm, professional and helpful customer experience. Prior sales experience is not mandatory. The right attitude matters most!

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome every customer warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, budget and project requirements.
- Suggest suitable products based on customer requirements rather than simply selling products.
- Learn about our products, brands, features, benefits, applications and pricing.
- Explain product options clearly and help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality, courtesy and professionalism.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations to convert them into sales.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep the showroom clean, organised and attractive.




- Participate in product training and continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
