Job Summary The Showroom Manager is responsible for managing the overall showroom operations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, leading the sales team, and maintaining showroom standards. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, managing inventory, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Showroom Operations

- Oversee daily showroom opening, closing, and operational activities.

- Ensure proper product displays, pricing, visual merchandising, and presentation.

- Maintain showroom cleanliness, ambience, and brand standards.

- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, billing, delivery, and after-sales teams.

- Implement company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices..

- Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 5–10 years of experience in showroom sales or retail operations.

- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of sales management, customer service, and inventory control.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and POS or billing systems.
