Showroom Operations Manager

Role: Showroom Operations Manager Experience: 4–8 years in Showroom/Retail/Store Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Supervise sales staff and allocate daily duties.

- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.

- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation.

- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.

- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments.

- Oversee billing, cash handling, payments, and daily sales reports.

- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

- Implement showroom policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.

- Track sales, expenses, stock movement, and operational performance.





- Train and motivate the team to improve productivity.

- Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and security.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of retail and showroom operations.

- Knowledge of inventory, billing, and stock management.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/POS systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
