Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Show Producer who can take content ideas from concept to final execution. The ideal candidate should be skilled in scriptwriting, directing shoots, and coordinating with video editors to produce engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Scriptwriting

- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media shows, reels, interviews, and other digital formats.
- Write engaging scripts with strong hooks, clear storytelling, and effective calls to action.
- Research topics, trends, and audience interests to develop relevant content.
- Adapt scripts based on client requirements, brand voice, and platform-specific formats.

2. Shoot Planning & Direction

- Plan and coordinate shoots, including shot lists, talent requirements, props, and schedules.
- Direct on-camera talent, anchors, and guests to ensure clear and engaging delivery.
- Guide the team on framing, delivery, expressions, and overall storytelling.
- Ensure shoots are executed according to the approved scripts and creative direction.

3. Video Editing Coordination

- Brief video editors on the creative vision, script flow, visual references, and editing requirements.
- Coordinate with editors to ensure the footage is extracted, organised, and edited according to the content plan.
- Review rough cuts and final edits, providing clear and actionable feedback.




- Ensure videos have appropriate pacing, subtitles, music, graphics, transitions, and platform-specific formatting.
- Track revisions and ensure timely delivery of final videos.

4. Production & Project Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, anchors, production teams, and editors throughout the content production process.
- Manage content calendars, shoot schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth communication between the creative and post-production teams.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure deliverables align with the approved creative direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong Tamil and English communication and scriptwriting skills.
- Experience in content creation, video production, digital media, or show production.
- Ability to develop engaging stories and translate ideas into scripts.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
- Ability to direct shoots and communicate creative instructions clearly.
- Experience coordinating with video editors and reviewing video edits.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

What We’re Looking For A proactive and creative professional who can independently manage the production journey—from researching and writing the script to directing the shoot and coordinating with editors until the final video is ready for publishing. Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
