- Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally.
- Attend incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them
- Inform Sales Consultants about current customer walk-ins.
- Manage customer appointments and enquiries.
- Maintain customer/visitor records and daily walk-in reports.
- Provide basic information about vehicles, showroom facilities and processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and CRM teams.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complaints when required.
- Make follow-up/reminder calls to customers when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area.
- Assist with basic computer work, data entry, Excel and email.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive first impression.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
