- Workflow Optimization

- Production Scheduling: Plan and organize daily work assignments, ensuring optimal utilization of labor, machinery, and materials.

- Bottleneck Mitigation: Monitor real-time floor activities to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production delays or equipment downtime.

- Lean Execution: Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and maximize throughput.

Quality Control &

- Compliance

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Establish, update, and enforce strict adherence to standard working practices to ensure product consistency.

- Defect Management: Investigate quality failures, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Audit Readiness: Ensure the workshop consistently meets internal quality standards and external certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).

Safety &

- Setting (HSE)

- Zero-Harm Culture:



Enforce safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and machine safeguarding.

- Hazard Identification: Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Team Leadership &

- Resource Management

- Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for floor staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and manage shift schedules.

- Skill Development: Identify training gaps and implement cross-training programs to build a highly flexible, multi-skilled workforce.

- Inventory Control: Monitor raw materials, tooling, and work-in-progress (WIP) levels to prevent stockouts or excessive inventory costs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
