Defect Troubleshooting: Investigate irregularities and non-conformities, using root cause analysis to reduce scrap rates and rework.

Calibration & Standards: Ensure all pyrometry, equipment, and instrumentation comply with industry and customer specifications.

Manpower Deployment: Delegate tasks to furnace operators and technicians and conduct hands-on training where necessary.

Safety & Workplace: Enforce shop floor safety regulations, promote good housekeeping, and ensure a risk-free working environment.
