About the Role

We are looking for experienced Production professionals to manage and supervise shift operations at our Gypsum Manufacturing Plant. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, achieving daily production targets, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, and ensuring compliance with safety and plant operating procedures.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in continuous/batch manufacturing operations, shift management, production planning, manpower handling and process control.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production and shift operations.
- Provide support and assistance in plant setup, commissioning and production process development.
- Support the development and implementation of production processes, SOPs and workflows.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and productivity. Handle production manpower and shift allocation.
- Monitor plant machinery, process parameters and production output.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality,



Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Control material wastage and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports and records.
- Ensure SOP, safety and 5S compliance on the shop floor.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical or relevant field.
- 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing/production. Experience in Gypsum, or Construction Material industry preferred.
- Experience in plant setup, process management and shift handling will be an advantage.
- Strong experience in manpower management and production target achievement.
- Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Designation will be decided based on experience: Production Supervisor / Shift Incharge / Assistant Production Manager. Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
