- Responsible for shop supervision and refurbishment jobs
- Contract Labour management and manpower handling
- Preparation of execution plan of shop based on MOP and AOP
- Coordination with customer and internal functions for smooth execution of shop
- Communication with customer for work progress
- Attend internal and customer meetings
- Submission of daily and monthly progress report
- Technical support to shop team and customer
- Planning of resources for shop execution
- Maintain document required for customer and IMS
- Productivity improvement initiatives
- Effective resources utilization
- Safety & Workplace related responsibilities
- Refurbishment documentation as per SOP
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience of Industrial Pump Refurbishment / Maintenance / Servicing will prepared.
- Willing to relocate at our Plant Kirloskarvadi, Dist. - Sangli, MH.
- Manpower handling skills
