Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
- Supervise and motivate team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, and wastage control.
- Ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash management, billing, and shift closing activities.
- Train team members and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 25 years of experience in QSR, food retail, or restaurant operations.




- Prior experience as a Shift Manager, Shift In-charge, or Team Leader in a QSR brand is preferred.
- Experience in team handling, customer service, and store operations.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
