Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining shelves to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years' experience in retail management or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
