Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-8 years of experience in Gravity Die Casting (GDC) process or similar industry.
- Diploma or BE degree(FULL TIME)
-
- Gravity Die Casting (GDC) Process Solid hands-on knowledge of GDC machine/process parameters, moulds,
- Alloy Wheel Manufacturing Mandatory experience in 2W alloy wheel manufacturing.
- Manpower handling, shift planning, production targets, downtime and rejection control.
- Identification and root-cause analysis of porosity, shrinkage, blow holes, cracks, inclusions and other casting defects.
- Process parameter control, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, rejection reduction and productivity improvement.
