Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain IBM Sterling Connect Direct (formerly known as IBM File Transfer Server) solutions for clients.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to managed file transfers using AS2, SFTP, MFT, and other protocols.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions for complex file transfer scenarios.

- Conduct regular monitoring of client environments to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in managed file transfer technologies such as AS2, SFTP, MFT.

- Robust understanding of IBM Sterling Integrator (formerly known as IBM File Transfer Server) architecture and its components including Connect Direct.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise networks with high availability requirements; ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
