- Operate sewing machines to stitch garment components as per the given specifications.
- Follow approved samples, operation methods, and work instructions.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Check stitching quality, seam strength, measurements, and finishing.
- Identify and report stitching defects to the Team Leader or Quality Checker.
- Maintain the required stitch type, SPI (Stitches Per Inch), and seam allowance.
- Follow safety procedures while operating sewing machines.
- Keep the workstation, machine, and surrounding area clean and organized.
- Report machine breakdowns and needle damage immediately to the concerned person.
- Avoid fabric wastage and ensure proper handling of garment materials.
- Follow 5S practices and maintain workplace discipline.
- Cooperate with the Team Leader and Quality Department to improve productivity and quality
