Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to support ongoing requirements and operational tasks. This role will focus on enhancing the Agent-to-Agent interface, conducting health scans, measuring user adoption, scheduling alignment meetings, and re-evaluating project goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Salesforce and a proven track record in business analysis within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

- Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Translating business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Acceptance Criteria.
- Collaborating with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Data/Analytics teams, and business stakeholders.
- Understanding Agent-to-Agent (A2A) concepts, agent orchestration, and AI agent interoperability.
- Defining user adoption metrics, telemetry requirements, and analytics strategies.




- Scheduling monthly alignment meetings every two weeks to ensure consistent progress tracking and feedback loops.
- Conducting a thorough re-evaluation of FreshvFsc to assess feasibility, updates, and alignment with project goals.

Mandatory Skills

- Valuable experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows, automation, data model, security, and integrations.
- Understanding of Agent-to-Agent (A2A) concepts, agent orchestration, and AI agent interoperability.
- Experience defining user adoption metrics, telemetry requirements, and analytics strategies.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce Quality Cloud and health scan methodologies.
- Familiarity with user adoption tracking tools and strategies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus. Work Experience 10-15Years
