The SPM setup and architecture and design is in place. Now, dashboard and report configuration needs to happen:
The core need is to connect raw data to ServiceNow dashboards and reports. Specifically:
- Build out SPM dashboards and reports — Now that they have live data, they want to see that data displayed in reporting formats and dashboards.
- Configure out-of-the-box dashboards with custom fields and filters — They need to get custom fields or filters into their dashboards.
- Create a custom project status report — A sizable story for a project status report in a specific format with certain fields pulled from the raw ServiceNow data.
There are also some minor development tasks:
- Adding search functionality (magnifying glass) to certain fields.
- Adding buttons that are available in background releases but need to be exposed in the UI.
