Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline portfolio, program, and project management processes, enabling the organization to achieve strategic goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.

- Design and implement workflows, automation, and dashboards to support SPM processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance data flow and reporting capabilities.

- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor portfolio performance.





- Ensure data integrity within the SPM suite by establishing and enforcing best practices.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting as required.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow SPM functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)/Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

- Robust understanding of SPM modules like Demand Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Management.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflow/Flow Designer.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
