About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SAM Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Software Asset Management Skilled (SAM Pro) and mandatory Application Portfolio Management (APM) experience. The candidate should have strong ServiceNow development skills and experience delivering end-to-end SAM implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro and APM solutions.
- Manage software asset lifecycle, license compliance, entitlements, normalization, and reconciliation.
- Work with CMDB relationships and IT Asset Management processes.
- Build and maintain JavaScript, Glide API scripts, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.




- Configure Flow Designer and workflows.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Support end-to-end SAM implementations, migrations, reporting, and dashboards.

Mandatory Skills

- 8–10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Hands-on ServiceNow APM experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, reconciliation, and asset normalization.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with integrations and end-to-end implementations.
