Aevis Technologies is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong implementation experience to help enterprises improve infrastructure visibility, service mapping and operational automation.

What you’ll do

- Implement and enhance ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Configure MID Servers, discovery schedules, credentials and discovery patterns.
- Build and maintain service maps and troubleshoot discovery issues.
- Integrate monitoring tools and external event sources with ServiceNow.
- Improve CMDB data quality, CI relationships, identification and reconciliation.
- Support technical design, development, testing, deployment and documentation.

What we’re looking for





- 5+ years of experience with hands-on ServiceNow ITOM development and implementation expertise.

• Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB and CSDM .

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules and Script Includes.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer and automation.
- Understanding of infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux environments and cloud discovery.
- Robust troubleshooting skills and the ability to work directly with customer stakeholders.

Preferred: ServiceNow CSA and relevant CIS certifications.
