We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Lead the architecture, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Configure and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Design and maintain robust CMDB data models, relationships, and data quality standards.
- Implement and optimize Discovery schedules, patterns, probes, sensors, and MID Servers.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
- Define ITOM architecture standards, best practices, governance, and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and application teams.
- Troubleshoot complex ITOM issues and ensure platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor developers and technical teams and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and ITOM implementations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management




- CMDB
- Service Graph Connectors
- Health Log Analytics, where applicable
- Strong knowledge of MID Server architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and identification and reconciliation rules.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design, CSDM, and data governance.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
