ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 5–10 years of overall ServiceNow experience and strong hands-on expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate should have experience developing and implementing HRSD solutions, configuring HR services and workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

- Work extensively on HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events.

- Configure and customize Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and HR services.

- Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

- Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Configure HR processes based on business requirements and industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRSD applications and integrations.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.





- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable HRSD solutions.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and upgrade-safe customization principles.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Ability to independently handle development tasks from requirements through deployment.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

- ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.

- HRSD certification/implementation experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience working on end-to-end HRSD implementations.

- Experience with third-party HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a plus.
