Job Summary:-

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the configuration, development, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), platform support, troubleshooting, and basic scripting to deliver efficient digital workflows.

Required Skills:-

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionality and ITSM applications.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management processes.
- Experience with incident management, service requests, testing,



and troubleshooting.
- Positive documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:-

- ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades and platform enhancements.
