Prospect for ServiceNow Developer – ITSM/CSM

Contract | Immediate

Core Responsibilities

- Module Configuration:

Implement and support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge) and CSM solutions (Case Management, Accounts, Contacts)

- Platform Customization:

Develop workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes using JavaScript

- Integrations:

Build and manage third-party software connections using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server

- Maintenance:

Troubleshoot platform issues, execute data imports, and support instance upgrades

Required Skills & Tech Stack

- Experience:

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Technical Knowledge:

JavaScript (mandatory), HTML, CSS, AJAX, and relational databases.

- Platform Tools:

Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB,



and Service Catalog.

Considerations

- 3-6 MonthContract

- Locations– Bengaluru

- Work from office

- Monday to Friday working

Screening Criteria

- 6+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow applications development

- Experience in Implementing and supporting ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge) and CSM solutions (Case Management, Accounts, Contacts)

- Experience in Developing workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes using JavaScript

- Available for 3-6 month contract

- Available to work from office

- Available to join within 2 weeks
