Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer (Full Stack Engineer) with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, workflows, portal development, scripting, and HR process automation.

The role involves working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and secure HR solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications and solutions.
- Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.




- Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules.
- Develop custom applications, catalog items, record producers, UI pages, and widgets.
- Design and develop responsive Employee Service Portal/Employee Center experiences.
- Implement integrations with HR systems, third-party applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Create and manage client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, REST/SOAPl APIs, and custom modules.
- Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and platform optimization activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
