Role Overview

We are hiring mid-level and senior ServiceNow Developers to configure, develop, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and deploy enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Developers may work across CSM, ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, core platform capabilities, and emerging AI capabilities such as Now Assist, MCP, and AI agents, based on project allocation.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, lists, tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and access controls as appropriate.

- Build and maintain workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

- Develop and support integrations with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other approved integration patterns.

- Support implementations and enhancements across CSM, ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, and core platform features according to project needs.

- Contribute to Now Assist, MCP, AI-agent, and GenAI-related features when aligned with the project scope and individual experience.

- Perform unit testing, peer reviews, debugging, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, and performance tuning.

- Prepare technical design notes, implementation documentation, test evidence, and deployment instructions.

- Promote changes through development, test,



and production environments using established release and change-management practices.

- Work with architects, business analysts, QA, and other developers to clarify requirements and deliver maintainable solutions.

- Follow coding standards, platform best practices, security controls, and upgrade-safe development practices.

- Support production issues and continuous improvement activities when required.

Required Skills and Experience

- 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience; assignments will be aligned to mid-level or senior capability.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification — required.

- Robust JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow scripting/configuration.

- Experience with Flow Designer and REST/SOAP API integrations; Integration Hub experience is valuable.

- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, access controls, testing, debugging, and deployment practices.

- Ability to work in an offshore delivery team and collaborate across functions and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow CAD, CIS-CSM, or Now Assist credentials.

- Hands-on experience in one or more of CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, or HRSD.

- Practical exposure to Now Assist, MCP, AI agents, or Generative AI-enabled ServiceNow workflows.

Pay: ₹451,000.00 - ₹1,750,000.00 per year
