Opportunity for ServiceNow Developer – ITSM/ITOM

Key Responsibilities

- Module Configuration:

Design and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog) and ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management).

- Platform Customization:

Build and update Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer components.

- Integrations:

Develop and manage enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

- Support & Maintenance:

Handle platform upgrades, routine patching, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.

- Collaboration:

Work alongside architects, business process owners, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Expertise:

Robust proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.

- Domain Knowledge:





Deep practical experience across ITSM workflows and ITOM architecture (Discovery and CMDB data foundations).

- Process Understanding:

Solid grasp of ITIL framework processes (Change, Incident, Request Management).

- Deployment Tools:

Experience managing Update Sets, Studio, and Source Contro

Considerations

- 3-6 Month Contract

- Locations – Pan India

- Work from office

- Monday to Friday working

Screening Criteria

- 7+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow applications development

- Deep practical experience across ITSM workflows and ITOM architecture

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Flow DesAvailable for 6 month contract

- Available for 3-6 month contract

- Available to work from office

- Available to join within 2 weeks
