- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management and lifecycle events.
- Implement workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise systems via APIs.
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end event-driven applications or REST APIs using up-to-date frameworks like Spring, .NET / .NET Core (preferred).
- Build responsive front-end solutions using Angular or React frameworks.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
